The corporation practices and implements its activities through an organized institutional structure, based on division of labor amongst all its highly-qualified and specialized personnel, under the supervision of a General Manager.
First: From the organizational and administrative point of view, there are two administrative levels:

1. The Head Office, it consists of different specialized administrations, and its location in the capital city of Sana’a, who is responsible for the overall corporation’s activities and representations, it includes the following administrations:
• Accounts & Finance administration
• Legal administration.
• Public Relations administration.
• Marketing administration.
• Technical administration.
• Translation & Foreign correspondence administration.

2. The Branches, they are represented by the selling centers spread countrywide and in populated areas. On top of them the branch office in Sana’a. In addition to provinces centers such as, Aden, Taiz, Hodiedah and Hadramout.
To ensure the best job performance, the corporation has created a good infrastructure including show rooms, transportation and communication means.
Second: From the functional & division of labor point of view, the corporation includes work groups on the following basis:
1-A-The administrative Groups.
2-B-The Technical Groups.
3-C-The Executive Groups.
In addition to the above groups, more than 15 employees are working as permanent staff in scientific and technical jobs that corresponds to the nature of the corporation works and activities.

The Corporation is prepared to furnish all hospitals and clinics with state-of-the-art medical furniture or as per customer’s requirement and provide
them all medical requirements. Since its inception, in addition to, it has established commercial relations with many other manufacturing companies through direct sales and through government tenders. Serving the market:
We are serving the market through selling & distribution of the medical products to those who require them; they include Doctors, Technicians, Hospitals and clinics in the private sector. This is done through our marketing centers spread countrywide and the populated areas in major cities of Yemen such as, Aden, Taiz, Hodiedah and Hadramout, and also through the sincere customers of the corporation. In this field of work, the corporation was able to be present with its items in almost all the medical demands and has acquired a big share of the total selling volume in the Yemeni market.
